Kirsty is a local artist whose stunning works capture the flora and fauna of Aotearoa. Based in Auckland with her husband and children, their home is an archive of Kirsty’s colourful canvases at various stages of completion.
An avid drawer from a young age, Kirsty began pursuing art seriously alongside her other chosen career path, until the strong pull as a full-time artist won out. While water colour has been Kirsty’s favoured medium in the past, she finds enjoyment in the impact and freedom that acrylic allows. It’s easy to see why her art graces the walls of many homes both nationally and internationally!
