Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a full refund. Please note that refunds will only be provided if you notify us in writing of the damaged or defective product within 24 hours after you receive the product and the damaged or defective product is returned to us within 7 days after you receive the product. We do not accept returns except as provided above.

 To be eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at melissa@turuagallery.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product.
  1. We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.
  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been used or altered in any way. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. We will work with you to arrange for the return of the product and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been damaged or altered in any way. Shipping and handling fees for exchanged products may apply.
