We are thrilled to share that in August we are collaborating with Enamoured Books to bring you “Between The Lines” a gorgeous collection of ink figurative works, celebrating the nude form, by artist Dominique Marriott.
Dominique creates her works painting directly from a nude model in a bold and unfettered manner with her model posing for short periods—Dominique uses the time-crunch to channel energetic movement into her lines. The result is an impressive, confident marking of the human state.
“Between The Lines” will be curated collection of framed and unframed works, varying in size & while largely featuring the female form, we are thrilled to share the collection will also include some male figure.
Enamoured Books and Turua Gallery are also excited to share we will be offering an opportunity to join us for a life drawing class with Dominique, in Enamoured books on Thursday 14 August. This life drawing class will be with model, working in pencil & will welcome those of you who have always wanted to give life drawing a go but maybe haven’t had the opportunity, through to those of you who are seasoned life drawers, but would like to enjoy a class with Dominique, in the enchanting surroundings of this new romance book bookstore, Enamoured.
