Five years! We cannot believe how fast this has happened. Five years of showcasing beautiful contemporary New Zealand artwork from the most wonderful, talented artists that we feel privileged every day to work alongside.
We did not think when we opened our doors in 2019, that we would quickly need to “pivot” with a global pandemic, causing lock downs & restricting us opening our doors, to only have it followed by a cost of living crisis. But we did. And all through these times we have held the most wonderful exhibitions, many of them sell out, launched our website, welcomed so many talented artists, held our first charity art auction, grown our following & community online & meet so many incredible people we are sitting here pinching ourselves.
Hip Hip Hooray is a celebration. Of five years. Of our artists. And of you, our incredible community, our friends of the gallery. Because we couldn’t do any of this without your incredible support.
Join us for a night of celebrations on Friday 16th February from 5pm. You will be treated to the most gorgeous collection of all new artworks from many of our artists, live music from Ben & Brody & cupcakes (cause every 5th birthday needs cake).
