"The whole of New Zealand feels like my back yard, but there is one particular place I have did not visit until late last year. This painting takes in a bit of the drive along the East Coast with its beautiful headlands jutting into the sea. The softness of the clouds accentuates the deep green foliage of the land. Around every corner a new, unmistakably New Zealand scene."
